This deduction covers payment gateway and processing fees.<br><br>If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, or refuses to accept the product for any reason, the order will be marked as <strong id=\"e-mqqbtfkr-w9jqag9\">\"Rejected by Customer\"<\/strong> or <strong id=\"e-mqqbtfkr-4ejl2ei\">\"Delivery Failed\"<\/strong>. In such cases, a refund will be initiated after deducting a 2% processing fee from the total order amount.
